Habitat for Humanity International is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian organization. We are dedicated to eliminating substandard housing and homelessness worldwide and to making adequate, affordable shelter a matter of conscience and action. Our ministry was founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a simple, decent place to live in dignity and safety

Shelby Park Community Center is located in an historic Carnegie library building in the Shelby Park/Smoketown community. They have a ceramics class, teen room, game room and video production and are even open on Saturdays. Bring your family and friends to share in the fun!

Kosair Children's Hospital services and programs cover nearly every aspect of care and treatment for children - all in a child friendly, family centered atmosphere.

Team Braveheart’s mission is to make available opportunities to children between the ages of seven and eighteen years of age afflicted with Congenital Heart Disease. Their mission as a support group is to implement continued support throughout the lives of these children and their families. The friendships and relationships created with this opportunity will be supportive, long lasting and making a heartfelt difference in the lives of children across the nation.
