I just wanted to let you know what a great sales person you have in Bill Torrance. I have been a Verizon customer for at least 10 years and I have not had one other sales person go to the trouble of making sure that I had a phone when my cell phone quit working. Bill not only didn't just give me a phone number and tell me to call it my self, He called it for me and when he knew that I was going to have to wait for my replacement to come in he gave me a loaner phone of his and then helped me get my replacement phone up and running again.

We would like to thank and praise Amanda Oliver for all her help with us today (12/24/2012).  We initially wanted to replace a damaged cell phone and were having difficulty with the insurance, and she went above and beyond to try and locate a Nexus for our replacement.  She worked with us for several hours without wavering from her smile or positive attitude, contacting the insurance company and multiple other stores. Ultimately we could not find a suitable replacement (not by lack of her trying) and purchased a new phone, an S3,  She was quite possibly the most hel
