My name is Diane Noon and I am a verizon customer.  For years and years I had a problem with my verizon bill.  I came into one of your stores in the Ocean County Mall and I spoke to Sean Lane.  Just wanted to let you know what an excellent employee he was.   He was so understanding, caring, and giving of his time. I was so happy with Sean Lane. I never came across a gentleman like him he mad my day after I left the store.  He took care of the problem right away. I commend his effort, so who ever trained him did a great job. I could not be happier.  just wanted to let you know.  Maybe you could do something for him!!!!

I just upgraded my phone yesterday at the Colonial Heights Verizon Cellular Sales Store in Kingsport TN. I would like to commend sales associate Brad Ratheal for the service he provided me. He was very friendly and professional. He treated me with great repect and made my upgrade experience easy. He was very knowledgeable concerning your products. Employees such as Brad and the service he provided is why I will continue to use Verizon as my cellular service provider and recommend Verizon to my family and friends

It was with some trepidation that my husband and I decided to switch from a land line phone to strictly cell phone. Fortunately for us, we had John Kegelmyer as our representative at the Fredonia, NY Verizon store. John was very personable and well informed. He answered all our questions and was able to solve a daunting problem that occurred in the phone routing process. John is an excellent salesperson, expressing genuine care and going above and beyond my expectations. I'm so thankful we worked with John and am pleased to be able to comment on our experience.

We like to give praise to Mr. Jacques Matthews of the Alexandria, VA sales office for his great attention and professional service. He even went as far as helping us get a previous lost phone rebate which we didn't receive cause we moved since. We are also very pleased with the phones he sold us.
