Quick Shot Camera

Instantly launch the camera by tapping down volume twice. Turn on this “Quick Shot” feature from the home page “Settings.” Select “Shortcut Key” and then select the “Quick Shot” checkbox.

Recover Deleted Photo

Recover recently deleted photos by tapping Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted. Select deleted photo and Recover.

Resize Widgets

Many of the widgets can be resized if you long press the widget. When you lift your finger and the blue box appears, simply drag the box to resize widget.

Save Email Pictures

Save or send pictures from email. Tap and hold finger on one image. Choose to share with a selected app, save single image, save multiple images, or assign to contact.

Save Links, Locations, and More to Notes

Many apps include the iOS9 share function. If you tap the share icon from Safari, Chrome, Twitter, Yelp and many other apps, you have the option of sharing a link with Notes. You can write a short comment about the link and save. Then when you open the Note, you'll see a link that will take you back to that app, web page, tweet, and more.

Second Screen

Turn on Second screen to enable a top bar when the main display is on or off. When the display is on, the Second screen displays app, contacts, and other information. Simply tap an icon at any point to jump directly to that app. To turn on Second screen go Settings under the Apps icon and select Second screen. You can enable any or all of the follow items to display when the main screen is on: Signature, Recent apps, App shortcuts, Music player, Quick contact, and/or Upcoming plans. You can also enable an auto display for when the main screen is off: Date/Time or a Signature (this is any short phrase). 

See All SMS Images

See all images from a specific SMS conversation. Go to conversation in Messages. Tap detail at upper right and scroll down to see all attachments.

Share Files Between Devices

Send and receive files with another LG device or tablet by SmartShare Beam. First, enable ShartShare by going to Settings, Share & Connect, and File Sharing. Make sure both devices on are the same WiFi network. Now select a file, tap the sharing icon, select SmartShare Beam. You'll see a list of nearby devices that support SmartShare. Choose the device and file will be sent.
