At their recent announcement event, Apple unveiled an array of new devices including their highly anticipated, first ever foldable smartphone.

The all-new iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max were first to be spotlighted. Both are loaded with great new features like conversational Siri AI, a variable aperture-equipped main camera, and a massive battery life. The new additions to the Apple Watch lineup, the Series 12 and the Ultra 4, also pack a punch with a cutting-edge Health Sensing System that monitors all your vitals better than ever before. Best for last, Apple announced their first ever foldable model, the iPhone Duo. It comes with a huge screen, 50 percent larger than an iPhone 18 Pro Max, that closes into a brilliant outer display. It’s designed to be intuitive and extremely adaptable, so you can hit the ground running with your own iPhone Duo as soon as you get yours. I watched the Apple iPhone 18 Pro launch event so you don't have to. Let's get into some key features. Starting off strong with Al tools, Siri now has an app that you can open just like any other chatbot app. You can talk or type your questions, and she'll also appear on your keyboard and your camera app.

Siri can now find your personal information throughout your apps when prompted, so she can find your mail or messages. She can also look through information on third-party apps now,

so she can find your reservation times or your flight information, anything that might be helpful.

Another really exciting innovation is the vapor chamber now has three times the surface area, which means that your phone's cooling system is going to be 40% more efficient.

So while we're suffering in the heat waves, your phone will be protected.

The iPhone 18 Pro Max has got the biggest improvement in battery life of any iPhone yet. You can get up to six hours of video playback time with just five minutes of faster charging.

It's no secret that iPhone Pro users are all about the camera. The iPhone 18 Pro series has physical rotors on the camera lenses that will go in and out so that you can manually adjust the aperture.

After you've taken a photo or video, you can actually go back and choose which lens you prefer the photo or video to be taken from. The frame rate on the regular camera has also been improved

so you can slow the video down to half the speed of the original video without suffering from the choppiness that you normally would. Your camera now has smart focus tracking, so you can choose a subject as you're recording and your phone will automatically center that subject. Additionally, there will be pro controls on your camera. This is the most professional and customizable camera the iPhones ever released.

The iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max will be available for pre-order at Cellular Sales starting this Saturday, September 12th at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time.
