E-Verify
As used herein, “Cellular Sales” (and the corresponding terms “we,” “us,” and “our”) refers to Cellular Sales Management Group, LLC or Cellular Sales Services Group, LLC, as the context requires. Cellular Sales Management Group, LLC operates this website and its related systems. Cellular Sales Services Group, LLC is the employer of record for Cellular Sales personnel and assigns employees to its various operating affiliates.
Cellular Sales participates in E-Verify, a federal program administered by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA) that allows participating employers to electronically confirm an employee’s eligibility to work in the United States after the employee has completed the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. Participation in E-Verify does not exempt Cellular Sales from its obligation to complete and retain a Form I-9 for each individual hired.
In accordance with the requirements of the E-Verify program, Cellular Sales posts the following federally required notices, which applicants and employees may review at the links provided below:
(a) E-Verify Participation Poster (English/Spanish), available at: https://www.e-verify.gov/sites/default/files/everify/posters/EVerifyParticipationPoster.pdf.
(b) Right to Work Poster (English/Spanish), available at: https://www.e-verify.gov/sites/default/files/everify/posters/IER_RighttoWorkPoster.pdf.
Cellular Sales will not use E-Verify to pre-screen job applicants, will not unlawfully discriminate against any individual on the basis of national origin, citizenship, or immigration status, and will not retaliate against any employee or applicant for asserting rights under the Immigration and Nationality Act or the E-Verify program. If E-Verify cannot immediately confirm an employee’s work authorization, Cellular Sales will provide the employee with written notice of the Tentative Nonconfirmation (Mismatch) and an opportunity to contest the result before any adverse action is taken.
If you have questions about E-Verify, wish to learn more about your rights and responsibilities under the program, or believe that an employer has violated its E-Verify obligations or engaged in unlawful discrimination based on citizenship, immigration status, or national origin, you may contact the Department of Homeland Security at 888-897-7781 (TTY: 877-875-6028) or visit www.E-Verify.gov.
